Most orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM EST will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, or, if a government holiday, within the next 2 business days. Most orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday. ProfessorMysterious.com ships all merchandise via the United States Postal Service or FedEx. International Orders

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders have the option of FedEx or USPS. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be sent to international destinations. International customers, before placing your order please consult your local laws on importing fog fluid.

Professor Mysterious will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit because of, but not limited to: errors made by the shipping company, errors made by the customer, confiscation by customs, etc. All international orders will be placed at the risk of the consumer due to lack of control over the package once it leaves US customs. For shipping insurance, please contact us before ordering.

Due to the cost of shipping for international packages, we are unable to offer the same warranty for our customers who have their packages outside of the US. Product will not be replaced. Instead, the customer will receive a store credit for any products determined to be DOA.
