You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery, for store credit or exact replacement of product, exclusively in the event that you received a defective, or incorrect product. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Shipping charges are not refunded unless product is being returned due to our error.

If your product is defective, you may be able to return it for an exchange. Items more than 50% used may not be exchanged. Fog Liquid and Scents cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error was ours. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty on Fog Liquid and Scents

There is no warranty on Fog Liquid, unless the error is ours. All Fog Liquid and Scents must be inspected and tested by the customer upon receipt and the customer must notify us within 24 hours of the time stamped delivery if a product is found to be defective. The customer must notify us of defective Fog Liquid and Scents within 36 hours of receiving shipment to qualify for refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders

Professor Mysterious is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled as ordered. If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or its function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.

If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will certainly fix any mistakes that we have made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.
